Custom Built-in Wood Bleachers

Laurel Grove Family Housing wanted its central courtyard to be a place residents would use, not just cross. We built custom wood bleachers in Jatoba, a dense hardwood that stands up to heavy public use and keeps its color outdoors. The stepped platforms work just as well for a few minutes in the sun as they do for a weekend gathering, and the wood gives the courtyard a warmth that concrete on its own doesn’t.
