Built-in Benches for Rooftop Deck

We are proud to have contributed to the rooftop terrace of the tallest building in Utah, designed by Dig Studio to bring together elevation, modern design, and functional outdoor space. The terrace features a range of custom Kebony seating elements that balance durability with architectural expression. Central to the design are a series of built-in benches that integrate seamlessly with the rooftop layout, providing anchored, long-lasting seating that encourages residents and visitors to gather and enjoy the views.

Several pieces also highlight advanced joinery methods, including CNC precision cutting and glue-up assemblies, to achieve clean lines and a distinctive appearance. By combining Kebony’s proven performance with DM Braun’s fabrication expertise, the built-in benches and complementary seating create a comfortable, high-quality amenity that strengthens the terrace’s role as a signature outdoor space for the campus.
